Turnaround & delivery

48-hour dispatch, counted from payment.

The clock starts when payment is received and counts during business hours on all seven days. Include your deadline and review the dispatch timing for your order.

Start with the model and the deadline

Turnaround depends on the part and the confirmed work. Tell us the model dimensions, quantity, purpose and any material or finish requirements, along with the date you need it.

The 48-hour dispatch clock starts when payment is received, not when an enquiry or file is sent. It runs during business hours on every day of the week. Review the model, specification, quantity and dispatch timing before paying.

Printing seven days a week

Our Leeds workshop prints seven days a week, and all seven days count towards the dispatch clock during business hours. The exact order timing is confirmed with the work; carrier delivery follows the selected service.

If the design needs CAD changes or a model needs further discussion, include that in your planning. The complete scope should be clear before timing is confirmed.

Dispatch and delivery

Dispatch is when the order is sent. It is not a promise of arrival within the same period. The online quote offers Royal Mail Tracked 48, Tracked 24 and Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm. Review the price, estimate and service terms for your order before payment.

Customer orders are delivery only. Collection from the workshop is unavailable.
